Applicable project terms, including cancellation and refund treatment, are set out in the written agreement for each engagement. Those terms are agreed before work starts.
The Fit Score, the demonstrations on this site and the initial conversation are free and involve no payment, so nothing here applies to them.

Why this page is short
We would rather point to the agreement you actually signed than publish general policy language that may not match it. Where a specific term matters to you, ask before signing rather than after.
